Wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad bij het hotel, werden ook ontzettend vriendelijk geholpen door de medewerker bij de receptie. Kamer was wat donker door niet felle verlichting verder top. Tramstation gelijk tegenover het hotel was ideaal!

Great hotel! Stayed there with a friend for one night. The hotel staff is very friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped. Location is amazing. We went to the beach via tram and it only took around 20 minutes. The station is right in front of the hotel. Definitely would stay here again

房間有點小，但是很乾凈，設施比較新，員工很有耐心，和藹可親，我們離開的時候詢問她去根特怎麼走，她還用Google map幫我們查詢並打印出來，給我們提供了非常有用的幫助。房間空調有點冷，被子有點薄，估計是季節原因，還沒有供暖，我們衹能關掉空調睡覺。房間價格合理，性價比超高，距離海牙主火車站和另外一個火車站都很近，步行就10分鐘左右，在海牙短期旅行，這裡是不錯的選擇。強推！

前台氛圍挺溫馨，門口就是一個公交車站，離中央火車站也不遠，走到唐人街也很近。房間比較小，衞生間的淋浴區域沒有有效防水帶，一直滲出來，總體來説還可以，不過沒有拖鞋熱水壺和牙刷等用具

Welcomed by very friendly staff. Once through the door we did experience an excellent atmosphere and beautiful accomodation. Great shower(room) and perfect beds. This hotel we will keep in mind for next 訂房網站 to the Hague.

Nette ruime kamer op de derde verdieping, de lift ging tot 2 dus ook nog een stukje trap. Bij binnenkomst was de kamer erg warm (plat dak, raam/Frans balkon kon voor zover ik zag niet open) maar de AC koelde de kamer snel. 's nachts heerlijk rustig dus goed geslapen.

預訂房型和實際入住不符 ，圖一預訂的有窗戶，街景房。圖二實際入住的，衹有天窗。跟前台交涉説衹有這個房間沒別的了。不明白提前付款不得取消，不得退款預訂的意義何在？12歐的到店付城市稅，變成了27歐，好在訂房網站客服及時安排了補償 。酒店前台態度惡劣，設施陳舊 ，門禁卡無法正常工作，不得不每次進出如前台鑰匙開門 。前台態度惡劣，罵罵咧咧，行為粗魯出口罵人，雖然用的英語，以為我聽不懂嗎？！ 預訂酒店的慎入！
